How to use:

Start with clean, dry eyes

Start with where you want your flick to end and draw a diagonal line back towards your lash line. Then draw a line across the top of your lash line starting from just before the inner corner of your eye to meet the start of your flick.

To complete the Matte eye look, use Color Tattoo Creamy Matte eyeshadows across the eyelid and Colossal Smokey Mascara for intense, smokey matte lashes.
