HOW TO USE
– Create your ideal brows by using the pencil end to shape and fill in any sparse areas using short, hair-like strokes to build. Simply twist to raise the pencil tip as needed.

– Add dimension and set your brows for all-day wear with the tinted gel.

– For a volumized, lifted effect, try applying the tinted gel in upward strokes before using the pencil.

– Includes 1 additional pencil refill. Replace the pencil end by gently pulling to release. Once removed, click the refill in place.
