HOW TO USE
Start with a blank canvas, use an eyeshadow primer for maximum color payoff.
Apply matte eyeshadows with a fluffy brush, start with a small amount and gradually build up color for a smooth and blended effect.
Apply metallic eyeshadows with a synthetic brush, apply with a damp brush or finger tips for a foil effect.
