How to use:

1.) Use a clarifying shampoo to remove all the build-up and residue from your hair. Palmer’s Hair Food absorbs best into the follicles and scalp when hair is completely clean.

2.) Towel dry your hair and let it sit dry until its 70% dry. The conditioner works best with damp hair.

3.) Wrap a towel around your shoulder to protect your clothing. Take a coin-sized amount of hair food. Grasp a section of hair from the crown of your head at the roots, spread the product through the strands until you reach the tip. Repeat this step until all of your hair is coated.

4.) Take a golf-ball-sized amount of hair food and rub your palms together to emulsify the product. Using your fingertips, work the product into your scalp with a small circular motion.

5.) Using a wide-tooth comb, comb your hair from root to tip to evenly distribute the product then tuck all of your hair under a plastic shower cap.

6.) Turn a blow-dryer on to high heat, hover it above the shower cap. Move the blow-dryer above the shower cap continuously for 5 minutes. The heat will help the conditioner to deeply absorb into your hair for lasting results.

7.) Turn the blow-dryer off and allow the conditioner to sit on your hair for 15 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until the water becomes clear.

If you feel like you have used too much product or that there’s still product in your hair after you’ve rinsed it, feel free to use a clarifying shampoo.
