How To Use
Prep the under-eye area with e.l.f.’s Illuminating Eye Cream followed by our Luminous Putty Primer on top. Use the doefoot applicator to apply concealer to desired areas. Blend concealer using the Camo Concealer Sponge by stippling areas that need heavier coverage and buffing out the remainder. Fingers or an e.l.f. Concealer Brush can be used as an alternate to blend the concealer.
