How To Use
Liquid Powder’s quick-dry formula sets within seconds, so we recommend working on one eye at a time. For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a small amount–a little goes a long way. Blend with your finger using a gentle dabbing motion. For a deeper dose of color or to add a different shade, let your first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer on top and gently blend.
